I will not bow to a foreign god

Your devious, cunning tendencies, do not cease

Your instruction, leaves so many in distraction




I see you seducing me

I see you pretend to be on my side

I see you smile and do the most to be close to me

I see you observe my moves and keep my tracks

I see you campaigning against my soul

Still, I will not fall for your deception




I wish you know who I am at my core

How I desire you’ve taken time to study my soul

The soul you are so determined to destroy

Is the soul that cries for your salvation

How I desire for your redemption to come sooner




Systems and ways have been developed for your fall

You have conformed to the evil standards of this world

That have been established to benefit the inorganic ones

I am so ashamed by your struggles and efforts

To see other people’s light diminish

What kind of a mission are you on?

Why is your soul so disturbed within you?

Why have you chosen this path?

A path, surely doomed to eternal failure




If you were to be a fool, just once
